If your building is equipped with a fire alarm, sprinkler or special extinguishing system; you will require a Fire Safety Plan. In addition, if you own a restaurant with seating for more than 30 occupants, you will also require a Fire Safety Plan. Residential buildings with sleeping for more than 10 also require a Fire Safety Plan.
A BCA is an in-depth fire safety review of your building. We review all aspects of the fire and life safety systems of your building and develop a report indicating Fire Code violations and potential options for compliance. This is not simply an audit of your fire safety systems.
We have performed over 100 fire investigations since 2018. In 2020, our investigator performed over 40 investigations; the most of anyone in the province of Ontario. Our team of fire investigators have extensive experience of all types of fires and causes.
