Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems
Commercial kitchen exhaust hoods must be integrated with an approved fire suppression system to effectively manage grease-laden vapours and control fires quickly. Proper design and maintenance are essential to ensure both ventilation and fire suppression functions operate as intended.
